These are missions in which it’s crucial that you kill certain single targets.
Successive targets appear with your progress in the game.
The first challenge appears after the Eve of Saint John mission, in Sequence 2.
To locate a CitizenE you first need to be informed of his presence and be in the green zone.
Use the Eagle Vision to find him - he will glow in orange.
He is around the upper temple.
In the North-Eastern part of the city, there is another CitizenE.
Mission: The Lighthouse.
After the mission, you will receive information about a CitizenE w in the central-Eastern part of the map.
The target is inside the ship wreck.
Your target is in the highest tower in the building.
This way, you will be able to watch the alternative ending off the game.
