Kill him before he turns around and fights back.
Once he’s gone, proceed to the stairs to get to the first floor.

Turn right at the junction.
Ignore all of the surrounding rooms.
Your objective is the last room to your right[#151].
Try entering it and you’ll watch a new cut-scene.
This is the end of the mission.
