You are going to choose one of two ways to the ferry.

Ladder:

Window:
Jump inside through the window and use your flashlight to light up your way.
To advance to plot, you will have to direct the light on the red square shown above.
After poking around for a while, go to a narrow passage to your right.
After getting to the door, use the Machete on the tied zombie to get inside.
Kill Walker and Cut Down the Ropes on his hands.
Check the bag on the counter.
Underneath, you shall find a Jar of Candies that you’re able to Put in Duffel.
To the right there is a vending machine.
If you kick it three times so a candy bar will drop.
Close to the machine there is a drink that you’re free to also Put in Duffel.
