Head forward once they’re gone.

Use the stairs to get to the upper balcony and find an entrance to a new building#1.

Enter the elevator and interact with the control panel to get to the basement.
I would recommend that you follow Joe’s advice by pressing the crouch key.
Take cover behind the crates#2and wait for one of the guards to leave this room.
Holster your weapon, approach the other guard from the back and eliminate him silently#1.
You may proceed to the next area.
Take cover near one of the walls there#2and wait until Joe manages to kill the second guard.
Several people are working inside the room you’re hiding next to.
You could attack them right away#1, but I would recommend making some preparations first.

You’ll soon reach Wong’s office and a new cut-scene will show his execution.
ESCAPING FROM CHINATOWN:
you’ve got the option to return to the elevator#1.
Wait until you’re back on the previous floor and head forward.
Use it to leave the restaurant.
I would recommend running west#1.
Turn right and quickly find a parked car#2.
If you are seen then you will have to drive away and lose the police vehicles.
Wait for Joe to join you and drive to his apartment.
Parking the car near the garage#2will allow you to end this chapter.
