Select: Dead Walker -Open, Entrails -PickUp.
Also select: Sarah -SmearGuts, then follow the group.
During the escape you will see as one ofCarver’speople shootsCarlos.
Defend yourself from the zombie by pressing the buttons that show up on the screen.
At the end of this episode you encounter an important choice.
You have to make the decision whether you kill the zombie or hack offSarita’sarm.
