This chapter contains descriptions of the multiplayer game modes.

Arcade Mode is for one or two players (cooperation).

Here, you must face hordes of enemies controlled by AI.

The objectives usually involve killing a certain number of enemies in a specific amount of time.

you could choose from two scenarios: Light and Dark side.

Completing all challenges will take you about 4-5 hours.

PC

Are they worth doing?

Playing any of the scenarios gives you 100 credits x10.

They will get renewed after 10 hours.

PC

This means that your progress in multiplayer can help you in completing the challenges.

Simple missions for 16 players.

One side defends themselves and the other attacks by completing scenario objectives.

PC

Teamsdon’t switch sides.

A round usually takes about 5 minutes.

This mode is an easy way to level up your class because the gameplay here is very dynamic.

PC

This must be done in a certain amount of time.

After that the object will go back to its previous place.

Creativity is important here - have a go at use different paths during offense.

PC

Capture two marked points.They can’t be retaken after they are captured.

When you are inside a point press the action button to start capturing it.

Then, you must simply stay near it and defeat incoming enemies.

PlayStation

A play-off can only happen when the last point is currently being captured by the attackers.

Hint:Specialists and Heavies are great for defending points.

Officers and Assaults should be used as offensive forces.

Xbox

Blast is the simplest game mode and an equivalent of a classicteam deathmatch.

Two teams, 10 players in each, fight on a big arena.

A team that kills more enemies wins.

Star Wars: Battlefront II

Main classes for this mode are Assault and Specialist.

Hints:

In this mode 2 teams with 4 players each play as heroes.

First come, first served - each player chooses auniquehero.

This mode’s goal is to eliminate targets - players randomly selected by the game.

When a target dies the game selects new targets for both teams.

Teams' progress is presented by the points displayed in the upper part of the screen.

Players who aren’t tagged can die without causing any harm to their team.

The gameplay is very dynamic and one match lasts usually about 5-15 minutes.

This mode is a great way to get a lot ofmilestones(e.g.

Sometimes, players who unlocked unique heroes (such as Darth Vader) will have advantage over other players.

This is the default multiplayer mode.

Up to 40 players face each other on big maps where they have to complete objectives.

These objectives are selected randomly.

A side on which you play is also random.

There are two game modes: the first - e.g.

on Naboo or Hoth - giant machines keep moving forward.

Enemies must keep attacking.

A full victory happens when the enemy completes all objectives.

In other modes, e.g.

on Kamino, the first stage is absent - this gives the defenders a great advantage.
