One should know how to choose the right cards and build a strong deck.
By following a couple basic rules, you’re able to greatly increase your chance to succeed.
Mana Curve
Mana Curve is the relation of number of cards to their cost.
You should draw cards in a matter that will let you play at least one card per turn.
Drawing cards
The more cards you have, the more variations you have.
Thus, cards that allow you draw additional cards are very important.
There are many powerful and low cost minions e.g.
Shamans can play 7/7 for 4 mana.
Each class has its own removals, e.g.
Execute for Warriors, or Sap for Rogues.
Paladins can change attack of such minions to 1, and a Mage can change it into 1/1 sheep.
You have a lot of variations to choose from.
Synergy cards
It’s crucial to add cards that can be combined with one another.
There are many synergy effects, e.g.
increasing damage, summoning additional minions, reviving fallen troops, activating additional effects (agony) and more.
If you have cards that go well together, you have greater chance of succeeding.
