The way how the Atronach Forge works is very simple.
The first step is to interact with an offering box located directly in front of it.
Doing this should automatically fire up the main character’s inventory (screen above).
The correct combinations of items are listed in the table found below.
Assuming you’ve done everything according to the plan you’ll then successfully summon an object or a creature.
Soul gem doesn’t have to be filled.
it’s possible for you to find the core while exploring dwarven (dwemer) ruins.
One of the brooms can be found close to the Atronach Forge.
Frost Mirriam is an alchemy ingredient.
Dragon’s tongue is an alchemy ingredient.
Deathbell and powdered mammoth tusk are alchemy ingrediens.
Torchbug thorax and salt pile are alchemy ingredients.

The summoned atronach will be hostile towards the main character.
The skull must come from a human.
