Where to find the gunsmiths?
Your first objective isto find the gunsmiths.
Hide behind the cover indicated by the game and use the Observe mode to eavesdrop on them.
After that, talk to them.
How to find Imai Sokyu?
Your next objective isto find Imai Sokyu.
He also resides in Sakai, in the bottom right corner of the city.
Investigate the Sakai Firearm District -Sokyu is in a large building with a backyard.
Talk to him, and then follow him to complete the quest.
