TheDwemer Cogsmight be lying loose (screen above) or found beside dwarven machines.
After collecting 10 of them, return to theCollege of Winterholdand speak withArniel.
The mage will thank you for your help and give you somegold.
Speak withArnieland ask if he needs your help.
The problem is that Enthir doesn’t want to hand it over (screen above).
Enthircan be usually found onside one of the rooms at theHall of Attainment.
As you might guessed, your next objective will be heading out to find it.
After the battle, examine his body and take theStaff of Tandil.
Afterwards you’re free to head toArnielaand give him the Gem.
Speak with Arniel and ask him if he needs help with anything else.
After reaching the chosen location, look for the Dwemer Convectors (screen above).
Interact with the Convector.
