Day Room
Break the glass and go inside.
Use an effective combo of 3 x LMB/A + RMB/X.
Walk to the western wall and cut through the skin.
You’re in aroom 303now.
There is savepoint on the walland anoteon the bed.
Exit the north door of the room.
Go along the corridor to the Linen Room.
In the halfway you will be attacked by a new enemy - a Swarm.
Use Shift/LT with LMB/A combination to crush all bugs.
Xbox 360: you will receive Creeper Reaper achievement (10 p.).
Linen Room
Take aHealth Drinkoff the shelf.
Leave this room through a western door.
Go south to the end of the corridor and takePhoto #1.
Return to the north end of the corridor and go through the door.
Xbox 360: You will receive the Sightseeing achievement (10 pkt.).
Operation Theatre
Walk along the balcony and read thenotelying on the shelf.
Turn off the flashlight!
You have to deal with three nurses.
Stay away from the group.
If you hide in the darkness, nurses will not chase you.
Now you’re on the stairway.
There is theChild’s Drawing #2hanging on the wall near the stairs.
Go to the top and get theOperating Theatre Keyfrom the body.
Return to theOperation Theatreand use the key on the padlock.
Operating Room
Take a look at the note and go west to the corridor.
The dialogue will not have any impact on the game so select any answer you like.
You will need to find the lost toy anyway.
Nurse Center
Save the game.
Take aHealing Potionoff the shelf.
There is anoteon the desk.
Leave this room through the southern door and go to theroom 203.
Room 203
TakeChild’s Drawing #3from the wall.
Walk to the hole in the mirror and reach inside.
Destroy the Swarm and return to Joshua.
TakeChild’s Drawing #4from the place where Joshua was sitting.
Go to corridor and take anotherChild’s Drawing #5from the door to room 206.
There is a lift at the end of the corridor.
