The act begins with you building defences.
The first wave will be made up of a Scion and several Drones.
The second wave will not be as easy.
Many more Scions will appear, together with two Snatchers (simultaneously).
This is why it is worth having two automated turrets, which can help you deal with them.
It is definitely worth it to place barriers near the turrets, for grant them better protection.
Let your enemies come to you, and not the other way around.
In the last wave, the biggest issue you will face will be two Carriers.
After you defeat them, the combat will end.
Now you have to head to the meeting point, and nobody will attack you for a long time.
