Take the Eastern door and reach theBasement Access.
After you are done fighting, go towards the Western passage and reach theInfirmary.
Listen to the conversation withAlfred, and locate the wall shown in the screenshot.
Spreadexplosive gelover the wall, detonate it and enter theDerelict Elevator Shaft.
Look up and use thehookto make it over to one of the ledges above.
This will allow you to reach theEvidence Locker, where you will find theDisruptorlying on one of the tables.
