Points should be spent immediately, to increase the speed and effectiveness of work.
Abilities are divided into three sub-categories, with three perks to unlock in each one.
Painting
Painting inHouse Flipperis done during most orders.
Before you unlock additional perks, this activity can take a lot of time.
Demolition
Demolition works aren’t the most common and they also aren’t very demanding.
You receive points for every demolished wall.
Building
This category applies only to erecting new partition walls inside the building.
You get points for the number of built walls in the game.
Thanks to it, you will increase the value of your lot.
Price negotiations- makes price negotiations possible while selling accommodation units in fee mode.
