You will come across webbed corpses.
Hit them a couple times to get guns, ammo or explosives.
From now on keep looking after such cocoons - each can be hit up to 3 times.
A few jump between the springboards and a couple puffballs later you will find another “barricaded” sphincter.
This time the bug needed to open it can be found a bit further.
Keep going up the corridor, along the edge of the precipice.
On the other side of the precipice there’s a glowing springboard.
Go through it to reach the main cave once again.
Jump onto the springboard (but look out for the puffballs above) and go through the next one.
You will reach a junction: puffballs on one side and tentacles on the other.
Go along the left side after shooting the puffballs to find some supplies.
If you let them shoot you 10 times, you will earnI Need a Towel.
