Chase after her on rooftops until you eventually stop on one of them.
Use your super powers to get rid of her shield, and attack relentlessly.
When her health bar is hallway through, she’ll start running again.
Keep going after her until she stops again and now kill her using the same tactics as before.
When she drops to the ground, approach her and pressEto throw her in the park.
Go there yourself to trigger the mission ending cutscene.
