The easiest way to access it is by switching between cameras around the building.
Router 11 is on the wall, next to the stretch of grass.
Next to you, there is a tunnel.
Inside, there is an underground garage, with the first switch inside.
The next activator is on the pillar, at the tunnel mouth.
The next router is next to the tables, on the wall between windows.
Behind the neighboring, Southern building, there is a blue statue.
Behind it, there is the first activator.
Use the nearby camera to access it.
The thirteenth router is in the alleyway between buildings.
Go deeper into the alley and stick to the right side.
On the wall, there is the first activator.
Another switch is next to the router, on the extension.
You will reach it from the camera of the opposite building.
Another router is again, in the alley between buildings.
Approach the wall at the end of the alley and turn left.
On the wall in front of you, you will notice the switch.
Next to it, there is the second switch.
The last, fifteenth, router is in the corner of the square, on the red-brick wall.
First of all, drive out to the street and go Southwards.
After a while, you will notice an entrance to the underground garage, on the right.
You will find the first activator there.
