During free exploration, Tolga and Fatin will contact you over the radio. You have to meet them in Fisherman’s Village (Fisherman’s Villageon the map). Look inside buildings, especially the ones that you visit during other mission. After you bring the items, Tolga and Fatin will want you to go search for a sonar.
